The Annual NASA Design Competition 2015, demanded the student of architecture under NASA India to come up with a design solution for a space of congregation for the common people, both capacitated as well as the in capacitated people.
The design process involved intense research and analysis on people’s behaviour and response to spaces. With all the data collected and guidance of architects and faculties, the students of department of architecture BVBCET, designed a community centre in the heart of Hubli. This community centre is capable to accommodate and entertain both normal people as well as the disabled (physically as well as mentally)
We are proud to announce, that our entry being one among the 564 entries from all over India, successfully qualified the Annual NASA Design Commutation and is currently among the top 80 entries.(exact Rank still unknown). This also qualifies our college for the Annual NASA Convention 2016 (ANC16).
