Students of School of Architecture, KLE Technological University, participated in “Workshop on documentation of Chandramouleshwar Temple, Unkal, Hubli” on 22th November 2019
Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) organized “One day workshop on Documentation of Chandramouleshwar Temple, Unkal Hubli on 22nd November 2019” as a part of “THE WORLD HERITAGE CELEBRATION” between 19th -25th November 2019; A National level event conducted across India at all ASI Circles.
Dr.Vinaya Hiremath, Head School of Architecture, KLETU was invited to chair and inaugurated the event along with Mr.Anil Kumar, Superintendent Archaeologist, ASI Dharwad Circle.
45 Students of 3rd semester From School of Architecture along with faculty co-ordinators Ar.Harishkumar B P, Ar.Sourabh Narendra and Ar.Pooja Savadi took active participation in the event and interacted with ASI officials about the importance of Heritage conservation. The students conducted a measure drawing of the temple and documented the structure through sketches, drawings, history and literature.
