Our 4th-semester Civil Engineering students visited the Hidkal Dam on May 7, 2025, as part of their practical learning. The visit provided valuable insights into the working and design of major hydraulic structures. Students observed the reservoir operation, spillway mechanism, and water distribution system in real-time. This hands-on exposure will strengthen their understanding of core subjects like Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering.
