Advancing legal scholarship and specialised practice
Constitutional Law / Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law
The 2-Year LL.M. programme at KLE Law College offers advanced legal education with two specialisations - Constitutional Law / Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law designed to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving legal landscape.
In the Constitutional Law specialisation, graduates critically engage with the structure of governance, rights, jurisprudence, federalism and constitutional morality. The Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law specialisation explores legal issues surrounding digital technologies, cyber governance, data protection, artificial intelligence and innovation rights like copyright, patents and trademarks.
The programme combines academic depth with learning through research, case studies and a dissertation. Students are trained in legal reasoning, policy analysis and tech-savvy legal interpretation. It produces scholars and professionals who can navigate public law and the digital legal ecosystem. Graduates are prepared for careers in academia, judiciary, tech law firms, corporate legal teams, civil services and policy-making bodies.
