KLE Technological University’s Team Euros Racing goes big at the prestigious m-BAJA SAE India 2026 competition
Team Euros Racing from KLE Technological University achieved a remarkable milestone by securing All India Ranking 2 at the prestigious m-BAJA SAE India 2026 competition, held at BVRIT, Narsapur (Hyderabad, Telangana) from 25th February to 1st March 2026.
The team’s internal combustion engines, off-road vehicle showcased exceptional performance by successfully clearing all rounds — Technical Inspection, Brake Test, Acceleration, Sled Pull, Maneuverability Test, and the ultimate 4-hour Endurance Race.
In the Endurance Test, the team outperformed others by clinching 1st place, completing the challenging track without a single breakdown! The endurance track featured alternate potholes, bumps, water-filled sections, rock patches, and rugged terrain — a true test of engineering skill, teamwork, and perseverance.
The team was awarded a cash prize of ?1,60,000 ( one lakh sixty thousand rupees ) for their outstanding performance at the national level.
The team comprised 18 passionate students from Mechanical, Electronics (VLSI Design &Tech), Electrical, and Computer Science Engineering, representing years from first to final.
Out of 54 teams across the country, Our Team Euros Racing proudly secured overall 2nd position, proving once again KLE TECH’s legacy of engineering excellence and innovation.
