The Avinya Varsh 2023 and Prayog Varsh 2023 Exhibition, held on July 20, 2023, at the Dr. Prabhakar Kore Sports Arena, was a remarkable showcase of innovative projects developed by students enrolled in the "Design Thinking for Social Innovation" and “Engineering Exploration” courses. This event provided a platform for these students to present their creative solutions to real-world problems, with the goal of encouraging social innovation and exploration. The exhibition attracted a substantial number of visitors, reviewers, and esteemed guests, making it a resounding success.
The inauguration of the event by the esteemed Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Ashok Shettar, set an inspiring tone for the exhibition. His presence and motivating speech encouraged the students to continue their efforts in making a positive impact on society through innovation. A compendium was released at the exhibition, serving as a document to preserve the event's details. This compendium featured comprehensive information about each project, including the problems they addressed, the innovative solutions proposed, and the teams behind the projects. Around 30 reviewers from KLETU and other institutions were invited to evaluate the projects and provide valuable feedback.
